Joshua Phillips is a worship leader, songwriter, and producer behind The Heritage, a group of worship leaders based out of Christian Heritage Church in Graniteville, South Carolina. Born and raised as a pastor’s son, Josh felt a call to music ministry early, touring as a drummer at just 17, and later stepping into the role of Worship Pastor at his home church. Now, alongside his wife Jess, a member of The Heritage, he leads with a love for the local church, a passion for scripture, and a heart for authentic, Spirit-led worship. Under his leadership, The Heritage has partnered with Tomlin’s Bowyer & Bow and Capitol CMG to share songs that blend timeless truth with a fresh, creative sound. They released their debut album Home in March 2025.
