Ed Cash

Ed Cash is a GRAMMY Award winning producer, a songwriter, an artist and a multi-instrumentalist.  He has won the GMA "Producer of the Year” eight times including four consecutive years (2004–2007), 3 more years (2012-2014), and won again last year in 2020.  In addition to winning over 30 Dove Awards and many BMI Citations of Achievement, Cash has twice won BMI Christian “Songwriter of the Year” and “Song of the Year”.  Cash gained recognition for his work with Christian singer Chris Tomlin - they have made 8 RIAA certified Gold or Platinum records together.  Cash and Tomlin wrote “How Great is Our God” which was in the top 10 CCLI for nearly a decade, and #1 CCLI for 5 years.  In addition to Chris Tomlin, Cash has produced and / or written with artists such as Needtobreathe, Crowder, Passion, Bethel Music, Elevation, Steven Curtis Chapman, Amy Grant, Casting Crowns, Kari Jobe and many more.  Most recently Cash started the band We the Kingdom with his brother Scott (lead guitar), his daughter Franni (lead singer), his son Martin (drummer), and good friend Andrew Bergthold (keys).  We the Kingdom just won New Artist of the Year for the 2020 Dove Awards.  Their first single “Holy Water” was a multi week #1 as was their 2nd and most recent single “God So Loved”.
