Rita is one of the most gifted songwriters and worship leaders to arise over the last 15 years. Her deepest desire is to make Christ famous through the art of worship, which is evident through her powerful, timely anthems including “Defender” (Rita Springer, Francesca Battistelli, UPPERROOM, Jesus Culture), “Stand In Your Love” (Bethel Music), and her new, powerful song “Midnight”, written with Bede Benjamin-Korporaal and Mia Fieldes.

Springer’s wisdom paired with her passion for sharing the tools of the Word, Worship, and Prayer have birthed her very own women’s conference “Fragrant Oil” starting in 2000, a worship school called DIVE which trains and encourages upcoming worship leaders all over the world, and her first book Finding Eve. Rita continues to be a global force, writing and leading at churches, conferences, and events.
